I am relatively new farmer myself-worried way too much first 4 years-had great crops every time. Last year I thought I had a great one-and light kernel weight turned it into average.
At this point you can't do anything about it-stop worrying about this one and focus on what you can do better next crop. I bet you will be pleasantly surprised when the combine starts rolling.
