It is very dry here in North Central Illinois. We had only two rains in July. The first was July 7. The second was yesterday July 24, 17 very hot days without any rain. We got on half inch. It put a little moisture at the base of the corn plants but none in the row middles. We were very glad to get it and would welcome some more.
