Yep. This is an auction picture I took last year 4 miles from here. The barn in the picture was repaired just like you are talking, it was straightened and put up on treated posts by each original beam, the post and beams drilled and bolted together. The repairs were done many years ago and it saved the barn.

My barn has practially no foundation but is still straight after 103 years.
