N/E Iowa | As in reported in the below post, Three counties in N/E Iowa got anywhere grom 8 to as much as 13 inches in 48 hours. I had 12 inches in those 48 hour period. Sucks, washed out creek fences, neighbors cows were out, no where to get to high enough ground.Luckly they were wore out and 5 farmers helped the neighbor take the cows 3 miles down the gravel roads to get them home. They were litterly knee deep in mud out in the corn fields. Again never seen this much rain in July in 38 years. (48 hour time period)
