That is why I watch soil and tissue tests so closely and treat all my seed with trichaderma fungi that eats these bad fungi. Now there is a new version sold as SabrEx to help combat these problems. I use these treatments on all my seeds as there are so many root rots. I use chem treatment to get control the first 21 days and hopefully have beneficial trichaderma colonized on the roots to start eating these root invaders.
