I was told this fellow started out modifying his combines years ago so he could make an entire round in a 1/2 mile long field without dumping into a grain cart. There's a 7700 in a lot outside Colfax, IA that appears to be one of his first. I think it had a capacity of 400 bu or so. At 200 bu/ac corn and 6 row head it could hold the load. The 9870 with a 12 row and 700 bu capacity would just be filled in 200 bu/ac corn.
