I bought a different brand grease that met the same specs, because that was what my supplier could get and it was a lot cheaper than buying it by the tube from a dealer.  It's a much thinner grease (and a synthetic) than the standard chassis grease most guys use on the farm.  Personally, I like the head, and even though it's a pain to keep another couple lubricants around, I'd rather do that than end up buying some expensive parts.
