They have been around for awhile now. The township next to mine built a building with them, at least 5 years ago. I think the one trustee said that Perma Column also made a skirt board out of concrete. Not too many things I'm 100% sure of but one is ,some day a whole industry will be created just to replace rotted bottoms on pole barns.
