The Iowa State rate sheet says an average of .20 a horse per hour.

That makes a 225 hp. tractor $45 an hour. Thats just for the tractor, no fuel or driver.

I thought that seemed high, maybe more around $30 would be fair?

How much would you pay if you needed to rent a tractor just to fill in for a couple of weeks?
