Yes these are from some years ago. If you look either direction on the road it doesn't appear to be all that steep of a grade so the engine cutting out doesn't make sense (unless it was a mechanical engine failure). Looks more to me like he got too far over one side of the bridge and ooops. Aside from the one blown tire the tractor actually looks unharmed.
