nc IA | My 4840 came with the new style step and another modification - take your old step and reverse the second step part bracket - then you can mount it to the right hand side battery box, very handy at times.
I have the swivel style, had to weld up the battery box a bit which was getting thin and started to crack, but glad I did as I have a loader bracket on it now and needed to swing it from the original position it came in.
