In your SCS 460 manual it has a procedure to test speed cables, you can do this test right at he 3 pin round on the back of the 460. If it passes the test then the 460 is fine. As stated before, GPS would require SP2 as a setting and a speed cal number in the 7/800's normally gets a person "close."
