| I'm not familiar with the new CSP but I am in the old program. You had to have a minimum level of conservation to get in, then could earn incentives for new practices. Generally the new practices you were willing to do paid better than what you were already doing but if you didn't report enough current practices you wouldn't get in. My understanding is the new program is much more black box with everything entered into the computer with no idea of the results until the end. The old program had a series of paper worksheets that were filled out. | |
