I think that bumping up your spray volume would be the key here. If you went up to a higher GPA such as 13-17 range you would be gaining better coverage. The flat fan tips also would help to give a little better, even though drift is an issue. Just look for some kind of a drift product, or a fully loaded AMS replacer.
