Yellow can come from iron problems or shortage of potash. Wet spots seem to make yellow show up more often. I can only guess that yellow in wet spots can come from drowning of the N producing rhyzobia, or short roots not finding potash or finding too much iron. Potash short yellow tends to be only the outer edges of the leaves. My wet yellow spots have not been explained.

When the bean is marginal in manganese, glyphosate can sequester enough manganese that the plant gets short on N and that is the yellow flash. Manganese can be applied in the furrow, or foliar but just not with glyphosate.
