| Here in Sumner County Kansas there has been almost no Wheat cut yet. Rain, Rain, Rain. It will be the weekend before anything is even tried. Heads are turning black. We had hoped for 35 bu. before all the rain started. There are some fields that the weeds are already poking up above the wheat. There will be quite a few acres abandoned in Southern Kansas. I believe all this widespread rain in Kansas and Oklahoma is the reason for the market jump. | |
