Aberdeen MS
Didn't believe me huh???????? LMAO.

I did some last fall with a brillion pulverizer.

If using a roller, the #1 thing is DRY stalks. Following the combine won't be as good a job, leave them for a week or so if you can. Doubling back on the roller (1/2 swat in both directions) put them down the flattest last fall. Granted, last falls conditions weren't the best to start running comparisons of what's best, but we did get kind of the worst to start off with. I did mine with a bit of snow on the ground.

Following the direction of the roller with the planter is almost a must. Not much room standing the stalk back up before funneling it through the units.

I can't get to the field for pictures, not tearing up the dirt road to get back there. And if I did, probably would be a green carpet, last 2 weeks haven't been favorable for spraying either.
