If you really want to know at this point in time what you can expect in yield, I would say your best bet is to give the seed rep of the variety you planted a call. Most of these guys are really good at telling you a best and worst case scenario at this point in the game. We have a rep that comes by and looks the first week of June every year and gives a guess for if we get more rain and another for if we don't. In ten years, he has never been off by more that 5 to 7 bushels per acre.
