N FLA | There are some plant growth regulators used in turf that shorten the internodes of grasses. Also used by govt/highways to reduce mowing frequency in public areas, and golf coursed to establish a denser turf. May be affordable in your situation. 8 miles of fence line 12" wide is only an acre worth of product? Maybe look for Primo or Embark for fescue. I dont know the prices, but theyd probably make us cry. Less than labor to weedeat though. | |
