Corn can be a pretty tough plant once it gets an ear on it. If you have adequate moisture, the heat is not that much of a concern. Sounds like your earlier corn will be fine. If you continue to stay dry the later corn could get hurt. What I notice more than anything with corn is it doesn't slow down and wait when stressed. It pretty much wants to go through its stages wheter it has the moisture or not. So if conditions are poor at the critical pollination and fill stage, rain will not make up for it later.
