I hope these forecasts are correct. Western Dakotas are scary dry. Our ground doesn't have enough moisture to sustain another dry season like last year. I don't think 3" of rain in the Dakotas would upset anyone.
PATTERN ABOUT TO TURN REALLY WET!!!!
