| Are you in ACRE or DP?? If DP I would take the CCC Loan on it, (I realize HRW Loan Rate is crap) as LATE in the year as you can stand inor order to give you more time for BASIS improvement. Would also sell the carry in the Futures market, out to at LEAST May if not July 2011.
No way out of this crappy situation other than time...........
This is one of my Pet Peeves against the ACRE Program.........you take 30% wack on an already way too low loan rate......................
No perfect clear cut answer but thta is what I would do...........................................................................
