Thanks for the thread and pictures. Very interesting stuff. I can't even imagine 4 or 5 feet deep! I don't have any equipment that could get the shanks in that far let alone pull it! I'm thinking we'd lose some drainage tiles along the way somewhere as well. Always interesting to see different practices in different areas/situations.
