Subject: Re: HEADLINE on Wheat (Pic)

East Grand Forks, MN
I bought this year 95 gallons of Headline with the rebate. yes it's pricey but I'm running SEVERAL test plots in EVERY field I have... a pain, YES! I'm also comparing Tilt vs. Headline in wheat (spring application) and then also comparing a fall application as well. I'm hoping it pays off, with wheat - there has to be a 3.3 bushel increase JUST to pay for itself. I grow spring wheat so the BIG thing I watch for is a protien difference, NOT just a yield. I can have a 55 bu crop with 14+ protein and make the same as having a 70 bushel crop with 12-13 protien.
