Dunnell MN | New pick-up teeth are required for cornstalks. Pay attention to the aggressiveness of the pick-up. (left side of the pick up 3 bolts in a circle with slots. Belt tension on an empty chamber are just tight enough to get them to turn no tighter. That is not determined by the air bags but by stop on the tightening arm.
Dissclaimer: it has been at least 10 years ago since I ran a 605 J, it even had auto weave.
