You get paid for higher test weight via more bushels...........................Cant speak for where you are but are you saying there is no pro discount below a certain level?? That is the same as a premium if you are at that level or higher.............................

One cannot expect to grow and deliver wheat right at harvest and NOT get bent over backwards....that is simply how the game is played, nothing new there EXCEPT how bad one is getting bent over....................................

Things I realize are differnt up here, most if not all producers, big and small, have the storage capacity to store AT LEAST one years crop.........FSA has a pretty decent STORAGE FACILITY loan program, 12 years at really low interest with 15% down, yes LOTS of HOOPS but worth it in the end in my opinion.

Build some bins, sell the carry via a broker using options and/or futures and get any basis appreciation, GENERALLY NOT ALWAYS BUT GENERALLY basis and futures work inversely............your WORST ENEMY is the elevator manager and "Free Storage"..........DONT LET THEM HAVE YOUR GRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
