Ted is correct boog. Its coming at ya ......again. I actually live about 4 mi from the mighty Wabash. Not as large as down your way but the main water course "here". There is a dam about 15 mi west of us that is supposed to control things. I'm sure you and I probably share a bit of the same opinion on those things. Good luck and enjoy my nitrogen........
