Some guys take a lot of pride in being done fast. One of the corn, beans and Florida guys was bragging how he went into certify his acres (welfare is important to him) and they wouldn't let him do it yet because they weren't going to certify acres until sign-up was done. Geesh, get a life or a job or more ground or something.
