Yes.  I think you mis-understood what BigNorsk was trying to say.... or maybe he didn't say it quite right.

He was saying maximum of 4  pint/acre of Atrazine 4L - I am certain that is what he was referring to.

Atrazine 4L is a 4 lb/gal material - or 1 lb per quart.
