| First, I am a sales rep for Valent.
Valor needs to be tankmixed with a RU, paraquat, or similar to kill most weeds that are emerged. It does an excellent job on most emerged weeds when combined with one of these but marestail is definitely one we have issues with. It can kill big ones sometimes and does not kill little ones sometimes. Go figure. It usually takes us at least one shot with a high rate of RU combined with Valor and then a second shot of RU. Of course, in peanuts, the second shot of RU is not an option. At two inches, Valor, Grounded, and a little Roundup should have taken them out. | |
