Wow. When you consider that there are more people of driving age than there were in the '80's it really is amazing to see it drop that much. It seems farmers are still spending money but it's definitely not business as usual elsewhere. As people are required to pay more taxes I think it will be the blow to the stomach that only makes things worse.
