Sunnyvale, CA | When using EZ-Steer the lookahead should be 0 to allow the display to show the current cross track error. when the lookahead is other than 0, the display shows what the cross track error will be in that many seconds with the current speed and heading. this lookahead feature is useful when manual steering, because it blends in the heading to the display to allow the driver to manualy steer straighter rows. However, when using EZ-Steer, a non-zero lookahead means you are not actually displaying the actual on-line performance. | |
