It has been out a while that monsanto was going to lower round up cost. Lower roundup so that it is competitive which will result in many people going back to Monsanto Rup. Next step, raise or atleast maintain trait fees (imo). Monsanto still gets all of the trait fees no matter who you buy the glyphosate from so it sounds like a win win for Monsanto.
