Getting to be pretty late, and most schools are out now but whenever I need labor, I visit the nearby college and have no trouble lining up as many young hands as needed. Just tell them all to put their cell phones on silent until break time and they will give a good days work for just a little over minimum wage. Use your equipment and this gives them spending money and it doesn't go to Mexico.
