nc Ne | it makes good hay had no problem with the beards . Barley doesnt' make good hay because of the beards. Is it an option to sell it as chopped feed ? Gets it off the field as quick as you cut it . Haven't done much wheat but have oats . Try to cut it at soft dough for tonnage. The wheat was because of hail issues . I prefer my oats chopped to get another crop in . Dad likes to bale his as he doesn't need another crop and doesn't like to pay the chopping bill . | |
