Try one or more of the various selective grass killing herbicide on the market. I agree quack grass can be tough to kill completely. A weed scientist told me long time ago that a 90% kill was about all to expect from one dose of Roundup. One little piece of viable rhizome and you have new quack grass plant.
We had pretty good results using selective herbicide whit canola. Two times and two weeks between them plus glypfosate after the harvest. Still not perfect, but very good. It is just too much money!
Do you think pre harvest would work best, if using glyphosat? That's how I have had best results.
Any other good tricks for quackgrass? Other that tillage......
