Sumner GA, Located in southwest GA, | Bull****. No till will not just majically fix everything. It helps, but it aint a cureall. We have had terraces and waterway for years, since 80 on the whole farm, have started using striptill as well. You can see the improvements, but one works hand in hand with the other here, the terraces helped dramatically, the striptill has helped, I want to start using cover crops, am also trying to rotate into some semipermanent sod crops (3 to 5 years), it all helps, but there isn't the surefire answer in it. |
