That is how we do it all the time 33gals 28% =100 lb N, add roundup' 24d and outkook. put it all down at onetime then come back and top dress with some more N if the year looks good. When looking at others fields that use dry and work it in we are doi8ng just as good as they are when the combine goes through the fields. Some times they are better then ours and some ours is better. So I would say go for it. One thing you will find is that if you are no tilling the old crop will brake down much faster.
