Lancaster, OH | I find this very hard to believe. How .75# of a high phosphorous compound could tie up 30#+ of a nutrient just doesn't add up with my chemistry recollections. Within the plant...maybe...but not in the soil. I would expect that any affect on soil nutrient would be exceptionally minimal. With what we know about soil fertility and crop needs, my guess is we can do a much better job faster and easier by using that knowledge and not getting distracted by these kind of things. | |
