Mix it into the transfer auger or conveyor to the hopper , then mix again with a pole or stick if you think you need to.
Again, having it right on the seed as Excalibre with the seed fungicide takes out this hassle, I did both to one batch to see any difference and marked the strips. I don't expect any difference.
