Independence OR | Currently I am planting my conventional ground with my twin row planter and using my single row planter in the strip till ground. I found that trying to keep the twin row on the strip is a real challenge. The seed is placed so close to the edge of the strip all of the time, so I decided to try my single row planter. My 955 is set up completely stock with no row cleaners, however I think that I may need to put them on before next season.
With the fertilizer air carts are guys putting all of the P in the strip with strip-tiller, or do most guys still run a 2X2?
