Sunburst Montana | JD told us there was no reason to make one bigger then 42ft because you are supposed to be able to seed around 8 mph which would accomplish as much work as a 60ft air drill going slower. Not everybody farms in rock free ground that is mellow. Fast as you can go around here with any drill or seeder is 5 to 5 1/2 mph. A 50ft or 60ft drill is something JD should have had a long time ago. | |
