uhhhhhh yep :-) FWIW we have run AC, JD, GP and now Kinze planters over the years , I don't feel I have a bias. When we do our own plots I dont get excited about a particular variety unless there's more then 5 bu difference, and even then consider if that's significant. Not uncommon for the same variety, being used as a check, can vary 5-10bu/ac from strip to strip. Same would go for comparing planters, unless you can demonstrate over repeated trials that one is producing a better yield compared to another I wont get to excited.
