Try looping the hose from the pump to where it lets out the liquid at the opener. We looped the hose around the 2x2 toolbar where our coulters are mounted. This preveents the hose from emptying itself. Also will take longer to refill this hose with liquid once the pump kicks in again if the hose had emptied itself. Hope this helps.
