I've had bad results with cheap adapters. I would want to buy one that is made well and that a bolt or bolts pull it down very tight to your tractor shaft. I've had the cheaper ones break into and have also had them to wear the splines pretty fast. Whatever you buy, make sure that it is tight and has no slack.
