You said its wet? My vote is Tile the hell out of it every 40 feet, spread a lot of Dry fert and Quit planting poverty peas on it. Corn on Corn and a ripper in the fall. Or a vertical till if you dont want to rip it. Don't plant Poverty Peas on it for 5 years. Then plant beans. And let me know hows it goes. Repeat.
