Can't beat a couple of pork steaks for supper
Positively the nastiest grossest cut of meat on a hog. The only way to eat a pork steak is ground into sausage. Nasty fat gristle cut makes my stomach turn thinking about it. The word steak only goes with beef. If you’re grilling pork it needs to be a chop.
To quote the beef guys - you need to find a better supplier for your meat. Seldom if ever get any gristle, the fat is a +, I eat all of it, some are fairly fatty most have very little.
