South Central Indiana | I drove west on 32 couple of weeks ago. Eli Lilly and Data center. I have been in almost every state in the union, Mexico and Canada , that is the largest construction site i have ever seen. There are hundreds of excavators and miles of perimeter fence. I thought the Lilly site was big on US 52 where Jackson Farms used to be but the 32 road is bigger. Lilly had $9.5 Billion invested but not sure what other companies had invested. You can see the area between West Lafayette and Indianapolis is going to be the technology corridor. A lot has changed there since I graduated Purdue in the late 1980's. Probably a lot of 1031 exchange money floating around.
