What's the recent history with crop rotation. 1 side had to be cropped back to back the same crop. Which side, what crop and when? What's the long term history of the field. How long has it been farmed split. Have both sides been farm by the same family or operator for 20, 30 or 50+ years? Have you ever looked at historical images to see if this field was treated the same 50+ years ago?
