sounds like a boost leak, or exhaust leak, but left hand side probably boost leak, or but could be EGR (exhaust). Older generations had issues with the PS pressure hose liner delaminating and trying to exit through the hydro boost, that made a distinct buzz as well, from what I've read, Ram still hasn't 100% eliminated this issue either, i guess under warranty you wont be looking much
